Sporting KC Youth Soccer hosts various programs and opportunities throughout the Kansas City area and the Midwest. We rely on a team of full-time and part-time employees to help provide a positive and unique experience to our players and their families.

Our camp coaches help lead our soccer camps at various locations throughout the Midwest. Camps primarily take place in the summer and are for young players, 5-14 years old.
Our Sporting Stripes (2-5 years old) and Sporting Stars (5-8 years old) programs introduce young children to the foundations of soccer. Coaches are responsible for leading and assisting sessions.
Looking to break into the world of coaching but don’t know where to start?
The Sporting Kansas City Coach Mentorship program provides opportunities for new coaches to work with players, learn from coach educators, and gain experience through on-field experiences with a variety of age groups and programs.
Sporting Rec. League & Sporting Adult Soccer League
The Site Coordinator is the main point of contact for coaches, players and families on game days. This position will assist in league operations, field management, referee assignment and customer service.
Referees for the Sporting Rec. League are responsible for facilitating games for youth soccer participants. Referees will enforce rules and help players learn the game of soccer.
